Werewolf CAS can't add bodyscars or change nose color

Platform: PS4
Which language are you playing the game in? English 
How often does the bug occur? Everytime, depends if i use cheats or not
What is your current game version number? The newest one (not sure how to check it on ps4)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost everything. I don't have journey to Batuu, kits (expect Oasis and carnaval streetwear)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? That i could use cas items like body scars and change nose color without the cheat cas.fulleditmode
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant change nose color and add body scars
What do you expect to see? That i could use this option without cheats
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Nope, i'm on console
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? The newest one I think
