I have the same issue on android. It started after the shop refreshed.

Same problem on two different accounts, one running on an IOS device, the other on an Android device. This is NOT a device-problem, this is an EA/CG-problem.

Having the same problem on Android 8.1.0 None of the suggested actions solved it. Was working fine refore the refresh, could buy items there but after the reset it shows only a blank page.

Same issue here, running IOS. Tried to reboot and reinstall the game but nothing happened.

My store is blank too. I waited to see after my 11am store refresh but still nothing. On iOS in New Zealand.

So i did that : 

1. Close the game (don't put it in the background) and restart
2. If the above doesn't work, please perform a fresh reinstall of the game using a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. Ideally you should then launch the game and leave it in the Home Screen for around half an hour so it can fully download all the assets before starting to play. 

And the shop remains empty

Same problem here, Thailand timezone. Resetting the game etc did not work.

Same deal.  The store originally showed up fine.  Five hours later when my store did the weekly refresh it's now the same as original poster completely blank aside from the 'refreshes in' message at the bottom.  Complete reinstall did nothing.  Logged on using my Samsung Galaxy s7, my laptop using Memu emulator and my pc using Nox emulator.  Store empty on all devices.

Same problem on iOS in Germany.

Shop is empty and remains empty after the suggested solutions.

Same here, nothing in the store.

Closed and reopened the game countless times, nothing.

Not going to waste data reinstalling the entire game when that doesn't appear to be fixing it.
