Weapons disappearing and Melee attack not working

What should be happening instead? Weapons not disappearing and able to use melee
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know.

@VirdDesign  Thanks, that's very strange indeed. When you drop and pick back up your RE-45 it doesn't go back in the slot, and it looks like the enemy pathfinder was having trouble too, he swings for you a few times, but doesn't seem to connect. 

Has this only happened to you once, or more than that?

Only time this happened. He tried to melee me but indeed he didn't hit me. But I think that was just luck, I was moving forwards and backwards. I couldn't even melee at all. Also a bit later you can see me trying to loot the deathbox and then the guns disappear again.

Also the reason I dropped the re-45 was I tried to switch to it but it didn't work. Didn't notice I didn't have any light ammo until after.
