Weapon not unlocking

Summarize your bug I have 251 kills for the assault class, and the CR-2 will not unlock, have restarted the game multiple times and issue is not fixed. Would really like a solution.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue, seems to be random.
What happens when the bug occurs? Certain weapon becomes impossible to unlock.
What do you expect to see? Completed quest, no gun.

I’ve also had this problem today, I have around 70 assault kills and the gun is currently grayed our for me. Is there any solution to fix the current issue?

Had the same problem but with a specialist gun before discovering that I had an unopened crate on the home screen with the gun. Unusual as the gun just usually unlocks by itself
