Wattsons Ult not intercepting Horizons Ult

What happens when the bug occurs? I was playing the new Chaos Theory Update and noticed that Wattsons Ultimate does not destroy Horizons Black Hole and Tactical anymore because in, if I can remember correctly, 3 fights against Horizons they were able to throw they're Black Hole really close to the Generator whiteout getting intercepted. This was not mentioned in the recent patch notes, so I guess it has to be a bug. (I also heard from a comment on Reddit that Caustics Traps are also not being destroyed anymore, but I couldn't test that myself yet). edit: before posting this i had a couple more matches and the black hole definitely doesnt get intercepted.
What should be happening instead? Because nothing was mentioned in the Patch notes about this, Wattsons Ultimate should be able to destroy Horizons Ultimate and Tactical just like before.

I hope this is a bug cause it wouldnt make sense to give her this nerf after that small buff and her complicated situation in the meta.
