Wattson tactical recharge visive effect with ultimate applied to other legends

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Switching legend in firing range

What happens when the bug occurs? When Wattson stands near her tesla coil (the ult), her tactical in the bottom left corner of the HUD gains a visive effect where it shows that the tactical is recharging faster, as intended. Changing legend from Wattson to any other legend applies the visive effect to every other legend's tactical, even after moving away from the tesla coil and using their tacticals.
What should be happening instead? There shouldn't be any animation of faster tactical recharge.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in firing range, pick Wattson, charge her ult and place it, then change legend to see it
Since it's a bug that involves changing legend, it only happens in the firing range. The effect applied during this bug is only visive, as legends don't gain a faster recharge tactical rate. The image attached is an example, showing Wraith's tactical being "recharged" by the tesla coil.
Bug disappears by switching back to Wattson, moving away from her tesla, and pressing the button binded to her tactical ability.
