How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I click the option to watch advertisements for bonuses, I end up getting a black screen shown below instead of the actual advertisement. After I get the black screen, I can no longer return to the game. I have to force stop the app and reopen the game to play again.
What do you expect to see? The advertisement instead of a black screen.

Additional feedback I avoid watching ads because force stopping the app repeatedly might damage my phone. I still want to watch ads because of the bonuses.
