Summarize your bug Wat Tambor basic didn't cleanse stun or speed down on Kylo Ren (Unmasked) with the Baktoid Shield Generator on him. His basic did cleanse the Damage over time on Kylo Ren.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try out Kylo Ren (Unmasked) with Wat Tambor and Kylo Ren. Tank tech on Kylo Ren (Unmasked). Weapon tech on Kylo Ren. I used it against Nightsisters, but it might be more general than that.

In GAC, I used a trio to take out some Nightsisters. Wat Tambor's basic didn't cleanse stun or speed down on Kylo Ren (Unmasked) with the Baktoid Shield Generator on him.
