How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.57.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the wallpaper in a room
What happens when the bug occurs? The texture is all pixelated and weird, like there is a problem reflecting the light.
What do you expect to see? A smooth texture, like previously.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I'm not sure which patch but it's something in the last few months for sure.
Everything is on Ultra settings.
The wallpaper is Seashells on the Seashore, can be found in the starter houses in Windenburg.
