[WORKAROUND] [XB1/PS4] Cursor disappeared

We released a patch for The Sims 4 on console a week ago - are you still experiencing this after the update?

It commonly happens when you exit the photo mode.

Go into first person mode by clicking and holding the right stick, then simply exit. Problem solved.

Are you still seeing it on your game, @MoneyBrozYT? Are you in version 1.23?

Yes It Mostly happens when visiting Granite Falls For a Vacation.

I think this is happening to me in cas. The cursor goes out and none of the buttons will work not even to view controls. The only thing that works is the stick to zoom in and out. Mind you this is in CAS.  After spending hours getting everyones temperature related clothes so they dont die, then to lose all that, its painfully discouraging. This is currently happening right now. Thought id look up any way around it.
