Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. I notice it most often on rounded foundations.
What happens when the bug occurs? The foundation edge looks like it 'comes apart' slightly creating a pointy bit.
What do you expect to see? Smooth foundation edges.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The stairs seem to be causing it:
If you lower the foundation height a couple of notches so you have four steps the glitch doesn't occur:

This has been happening since before I got Seasons. Which was just recently. It happens to me in different worlds, different foundations, etc. I mostly notice it on decks. And yes I will! I uploaded it to the gallery under the name TEST.

Unfortunately, my save files for the Sims just randomly disappeared. After hours of trying to find them and recover them, I have given up. So THANK YOU for wanting me to upload that to the gallery, because now I won't have to build it again!
