can't go to the top snowy escape ,skiing from the highest hills

@Juliaaandersson I don't know of any other solutions that don't involve a mod.

Will be a bit hard to find out which Sim owns the bike.

Did you not get an option to steal it or did the Sim not do it ?

Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.71.86.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them exept - perfect patio, bowling night and paranormal stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to snowy mountains and find cableway. Try to send 2 sim up the hill by cableway.
What happens when the bug occurs? I tried to send my 2 sims up the cableway but only one of them went up and other one could not get up and showing me that there is some obstacle in the way and then my command was canceled
What do you expect to see? Both sims should get up the cableway together and if not at least separately.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This bug is still occured even after game restart and reinstal.

@Eiksas Any bikes or anything else stuck on the top station ?

No i had to sell every bike because it sometimes bugged my sim so now i am using, only teleportation, vampire speed for transportation.

@Eiksas maybe an npc left one. Did you check ? Could also be a trash plant or something else.

Ok, you are right when i click to my sim and send him to go up with someone she left alone and after she get off cableaway she left right away to work.
