How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage living, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to work, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine out, Spa day, Outdoor Retreat, Tiny living, My first pet, Toddler, Bowling night, Vintage glamour, Kids room, Movie Hangout, Cool kitchen, Nifty knitting.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load game, select save file, and load up world. Then click on the household.
What happens when the bug occurs? I moved in my sim and her pet into a house and logged out of the game. When I went back into the game the house shows no one is living there and gives me the option to move someone in. But I can see that my sims still lives there, so I’m not able to play the household.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play my household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated my game and downloaded the Cottage living expansion pack. There were some bugs beforehand but this only occurred after i closed the game and reopened it.
I attached some photos of what it looks like every time I try to play that household. It shows that the household is there but it says that no one lives there and gives me the option to move sims in. I’ve tried repairing the game, turning off mods & custom content but I don’t think that’s the issue.
As you can see it's still a rental lot.
