Sims complaining about non-existent route issues

Thanks for taking your time to reply, I mentioned Sims 3 because I saw a thread through the internet similar to this one and was from 2012. How do I click in the "me too button" to report I have this bug as well?

@Simtasticgallery  All you should have to do is sign in and click the "me too" button that appears at the bottom of the OP on page 1.

I hope one of the workarounds fixed the issue for you.

@sushicrowI did the same thing you did (deleting stairs and part of the fence) and it works for Judith Ward's mansion too. I used the eyedropper tool to get the same style of stairs and railing and they're still working for me. Thanks for including the screenshots.

I am having trouble with lofted spaces and stairs in game. My sims won't go up the stairs.
