HI @mel_dl_s , @Summerxena @Cowplant-Snacks
I merged your posts. Please try suggestions above and if all fails, try this:
Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
Good Luck

Hi! So I actually had this issue, but I found a workaround. I had tried repairing my game, restoring old saves, but none of that had worked. And I've had the same save file since 2017 and over 500 Sims, so simply deleting the save file and making a new one wasn't an option for me.
I disabled the Werewolf pack in Origin, launched the game, saved my game without the Werewolf pack enabled, exited the game, re-enabled the Werewolf, and launched the game. The Moonwood Mill copy was gone.
Granted, I got a lot of warnings that this could corrupt my save file, but I hadn't used Moonwood Mill yet or made any werewolves, so my file was fine. That being said, I would DEFINITELY recommend backing up your saves somewhere in case this corrupts your save file, but I hope this helped!

So I did what you said to do, and i first put my Save files back- I noticed ONLY one of my save games has two MoonWood Mills. I think during the patch update for werewolves, my save game got corrupted? since that one particular save is the only one that has two Moonwood Mills and the others do not. I've attached a picture of what i Mean for clarity

How did you disable the werewolf pack in origin? I looked up an example of how to do it but I don't know what game code the werewolf pack is and I tried googling but nothing is coming up. I'm fairly new to sims so I'm still learning. Is it GP? Followed by a number? What is it? I'm having the same issue and this is my last option to try to fix the 2 worlds showing up. I tried repairing the game multiple times but nothing has worked.
