[WORKAROUND] Maps from DLC appearing twice on Overview page

This is the 2nd time I've had this issue and to say I'm not very happy about it. I fixed it the first time by saving all my characters and built homes to my Library and then trashing the save and then putting everything back in a new save (this looses friendship progress!)

Today out of the blue I now have 2 San Myshuno, each with a different character (both where in separate buildings).

Repair, didn't help, nor did it the first time, hence why I trashed my save first time around and I really don't want to go through all that hassle again.

Previously in this thread: I had two Chestnut Ridges and couldn't get rid of them.

I saved all the buildings and sims from my game into my library. This was tedious.

Then I loaded a completely blank save file from SrslySims and there was only one of each world even with Zerbu's All Worlds are Residential mod. SQUEE!

I added my buildings and my sims into this new save. This was also tedious.

I have played for a few hours and the problem seems to have stayed corrected. 

I'm not entirely sure what happened here but I'm going with it. Namaste.

Hello. I bought the Sims 4 “University” add-on in October. Yesterday I sat down to play for the first time (I have a busy schedule), and discovered that instead of the cities of Foxbury and Britechester, I have two identical cities of Britechester, that is, I do not have the city of Foxbury, but I have two Britechesters. I wanted to ask what should I do in this case? thanks for the answer <3

@Veryywq the world of Britechester has 2 university campuses of Britechester and Foxbury. I attach the Sims Community guide that shows how the map should look.

If your Britechester map doesn't look like this, I'd uninstall and reinstall the pack and restart your device.

You haven't specified your platform so I'm adding the troubleshooting steps for consoles and PC. I'd power cycle an Xbox/PS too if it was a console problem.

@simsplayer818 oh God, forgive me, I'm stupid) I didn't notice two universities in the city of Britechester and assumed that the second one should have been in the second city))) thank you, and forgive me for my carelessness hahaha <3

Help!!! I recently downloaded the Discover University expansion pack and now I have two separate Briteshire worlds. There are two sets of every NPC, but each world holds different sims/households. When attending university, between each term when you can choose to move dorms it goes back and forth between each world and you cant choose the world they move to. I've already tried turning off all mods and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, once downloading Discover University together and separately and nothing has worked. Please help?!
