Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. It seems to happen sometime after a werewolf transforms into their human form and vice versa.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's portrait and relationship panel has distorted features that don't match with the werewolf's appearance.
What do you expect to see? When my werewolves transform, their portraits will match with their features both in human and werewolf form.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I'm not entirely sure how this bug occurs. It seems to appear sometime after transforming into werewolf form or human form. It does not happen to all my werewolves and this isn't a one time thing for me. It has happened in other saves. When I change outfits, the portrait goes back to normal or if enter cas and make changes to the outfit. I don't think this is a case of the forms being linked because the portrait goes back to looking like it is supposed to after changing outfits. This also happens to the beast form, but I don't have any screenshots of it yet. This looks similar to the tan portrait bug from Island Living, but for werewolves.

I finally came across this bug that affects the beast form. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like for beast form and their portraits not matching the actual look of the sim. I'm still struggling to figure out why this is happening to my sims. I've found temporary fixes by tweaking the beast form or changing the outfit, but this is only temporary.
This is new. I'm having at least two bugs with this one sim and made another post addressing the other issue. Here is an example where his human face is physically distorted while the portrait remained how he was supposed to look. It only applies to outfits that he transformed from his beast form to his human form.

Here are the affected outfits (the portraits have remained normal this time and it's the actual sim that is being affected...)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it appears only in the avatar (see screenshot) when it changes to various emotions. It only started happen to me recently, since I started playing with a werewolve sim for the first time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The face of the sim looks off and not like it usually looks. The facial features are distorted somehow.
What do you expect to see? The avatar should look like it normally does.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
