Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a barefoot Sim walk into a house with no shoes rule.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim giggles and receives Shoes Schmoes moodlet.
What do you expect to see? No reaction/moodlet
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I have this problem all the time in a household with four aliens, I haven’t noticed it as much in households with barefoot non-alien sims.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a house with the no shoes allowed trait
What happens when the bug occurs? the wolf gets the playfull buff because it's wearing shoes indoors
What do you expect to see? not getting the buff because wolves don't wear shoes
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? create a sim with an outfit that doesn't include shoes, set the household shoe rule to remove shoes indoors
What happens when the bug occurs? sim gets an embarrassed or playful moodlet for wearing shoes indoors even though the sim is already shoeless
What do you expect to see? no effect since the sim is already not wearing shoes
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
