What happens when the bug occurs? When I hear incoming voice it doesn't come through my system's default communications device.
What should be happening instead? Incoming voice should output through default communications device
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Setup a computer with two audio output devices. Analog Speakers and a USB or Bluetooth headset would work. Set the speakers as default device, set the headset as default communications device. Listen to someone in voice chat, observe it doesn't come through your headset. Recommend querying the system for the default communications device and outputting voice comms through this device.
