Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start with a fresh boot of the game. Navigate to characters, then pick a character that has a skill/ability at level 6 of 8, then click on the 'tab' designated for the 8th level of the ability. The first time you try to, there will be a glitched motion, and it won't select. Select the 8th ability again and it works 'as intended'. We've tested it on 4 different devices and were able to reproduce it on one of them. It appears to be device-specific, so we'll do some more testing around.

there is still a visual glitch if you are paying attention(on my device) but overall the really distracting and annoying part of this issue appears to be solved, thanks
