Visual-Wrong Gear on Characters in GAC

Summarize your bug Visual-GAC character picker menu shows the wrong gear for some characters if you leveled them up after locking in
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join GAC and then level up or relic a character. Then, set defense or attack in GAC, it will have the wrong gear in the character menu.

I leveled my Arc Trooper from gear 12 to relic 7 after joining GAC but before it actually started. GAC locks at join, so my arc trooper should be g12. However, in the character picker menu in GAC, it shows arc at relic 7, but at the correct power for g12. The bug seems to only be visual, because once I set my defense, it showed arc at g12.
