Visual Error from Get Famous CAS top

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On masculine or feminine Sims in CAS (entered from Create a Household, Change Sim, or Debug "Enter CAS", select the masculine open denim jacket top from Get Famous as part of any outfit. The Sim can have other CAS assets or have no other CAS assets. The Sim's body should change to red/white checkered boxes errors.
What happens when the bug occurs? I open a save file in which one of my male sims has a Get Famous top (the open denim jacket) as part of any outfit. The whole Sim's body is covered in a red/white checkered pattern with black question marks. Selecting different top removes the red/white pattern. The pattern can be seen from Load Game and Manage Worlds when selecting the household to play.
What do you expect to see? The Get Famous CAS tops should display on the Sims without the red/white checker pattern in CAS, Live Mode, Manage World previews, or Load Game previews.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm also getting the Items Removed error message every time I load a lot that says "One or more Create a Sim items have been removed. The items may not be installed on your computer or the EA Account that is currently logged in does not own those items" and I'm signed into my only EA account, and it owns Get Famous. I also confirmed Get Famous is downloaded on this computer; other Get Famous CAS and build/buy mode items are still in the game.

Error is currently occurring in the Kreutzinger Household in Willow Creek on Eric's everyday outfit.

@Yilar94 Have you tried a game repair yet ? That usually fixes the question mark issue.
