Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give a vampire lv 3 influence emotions then either switch to another household/save then switch back or manage worlds then switch back to household with vampire.
What happens when the bug occurs? If you click on the vampire and go into the vampire options menu the Influence Emotions option will have disappeared
What do you expect to see? Influence emotions option
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Originally to combat this I'd use cheats to re give my vampire the powers but I'm currently on a save where I dont use any cheats so I dont know what to do.
