Vampire Dark Form Stuck

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn Sim into Vampire
What happens when the bug occurs? While in CAS and Live Mode - dark form facial features appear on both dark form and normal form and seem to be stuck.
What do you expect to see? Normal face while in normal mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Upon "hiding dark form" I noticed the dark from facial features stayed while in normal mode both in live mode and CAS. I have tried to enter CAS and un-link the forms and the face remains dark. I have also used the "cas.fulleditmode" cheat to manually remove the vampire archetype features while un-linked and when returning to Live mode it seems like the archetypes changes I made in CAS did not stay as the dark form features remained. I have reset the sims in both forms and have restarted the game multiple times. Even deleting the dark form and removing the vampire archetypes features did not work. I would like to avoid curing the sim and starting over if possible. Thank you!!

@Kambria23 Does this happen for every vamp you have or only a certain one ?

My other vampire family seems to be working normal both in live and CAS when switching forms. So only my one sim is having issues. Also I believe it the face got stuck when the sim was drinking plasma of another sim. I'm not sure

@Kambria23 Could you test the following (just for testing purposes): Load your vamp to the gallery, then start a new save game and place the vamp in to a new save. Is the Sim working in a new save ?

So I uploaded my vamp to a new game and upon entering CAS the forms were still linked and stuck. However I was able to un-link them and remove the vampire archetypes from the normal form and it seems to have worked as a workaround! Thank you so much!

Is there anyway of recovering the vamp in my previous game?

@Kambria23 You could try if resetting or moving out and back in gets them out of this.

Unfortunately neither Evicting or Move Out fixed the stuck dark mode face in the old game but thanks for trying!!

@Kambria23 Another idea would be to cure the vamp and then make them vamp again.
