VAMPIRE WEAKNESS BUG

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all game packs, and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? well, I installed some script mods like MCCC and UI Cheats, maybe they have something to do, I wanted to know if you can reset the whole "vampire mode" of my sim, like, reset the numbers of "" power points '' and '' weakness points ''
What happens when the bug occurs? I was playing with my sim, but it has a bug of having '' more weaknesses to select than powers '', being that I am at vampire level one, but is asking me to select 18 weaknesses, being that you it is not possible to select all this in the game, and I am a Newbie Vampire! Can anyone help me solve this bug?
What do you expect to see? I hope that I can select his vampire powers and weaknesses as I progress and evolve the vampire level

@MR_ROBZON Could you please remove all mods, delete locathumbcache and see if it still happens ?
