Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Preconditions:
1. Active lot has "On a Dark Ley Line" lot trait.
2. 2 playable human sims with high enough romantic relationship level to try for a baby.
3. Objects on lot: Shower[TS4:DU], Tent[TS4:OR], Sauna[TS4:SD], Closet[TS4:GT], Party bush[TS4:GT][TS4:JA][TS4:SE], Pile of leaves[TS4:S], Sleeping pod[TS4:GF].

Case 1: Shower[TS4:DU]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Shower[TS4:DU]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards

Case 2: Tent[TS4:OR]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Tent[TS4:OR]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards

Case 3: Sauna[TS4:SD]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Sauna[TS4:SD]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards

Case 4: Closet[TS4:GT]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Closet[TS4:GT]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards

Case 5: Party bush[TS4:GT][TS4:JA][TS4:SE]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Party bush[TS4:GT][TS4:JA][TS4:SE]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards

Case 6: Pile of leaves[TS4:S]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Pile of leaves[TS4:S]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards

Case 7: Sleeping pod[TS4:GF]
1. Select "Try for a baby" interraction on a Sleeping pod[TS4:GF]
2. Check moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" afterwards
What happens when the bug occurs? No moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" thus no chance for a vampire baby to be born
What do you expect to see? Moodlet "Hoping for Fangs" added with a chance for a vampire baby to be born
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
