Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have vampire sim go to a restaurant and order a plasma jane.
What happens when the bug occurs? The glass appears empty, when it is really full. As soon as the sim takes one sip, the glass shows up as full.
What do you expect to see? The glass to appear full when it is full.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So far, this has only happened in restaurants, drinks made by sims at home and at a bars seem fine. Pics attaced.

Removed mods, deleted cache, did the mountain move.
