Using cheats might have screwed things up.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Windows 10
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None But I used bb.moveobjects and bb.showhiddenobjects. I held down the alt key when positioning objects too, some are closer to each other than usually permitted.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click "Write" Click any shower option for Shower/bath combo tubs
What happens when the bug occurs? Write: Timer loops infinitely or disappears, but no writing is done. Shower: Shower need decays, tub gets dirty
What do you expect to see? Write: the character writes, the skill bar goes up, timer starts, sim completes writing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is my first time using bb.moving objects. I am not aware if it is after a game update/patch. I like the layout of the house, but it's causing me problems. Is it possible to solve the problems without clearing/resetting stuff?
I don't understand what you mean by the bb. report ? With moveobjects you can place stuff on top of each other if you choose to do so. That's not a bug. The shower and writing have nothing to do with the way you placed stuff.
As for the writing: There have been fixes done so can you try repairing your game to see if it then still occurs or maybe try another Sim if they also have issues.
