Using Traits to unlock Traits (i.e. Quick Recovery) [ Edited ]

Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? The One: Unlocking/Upgrading Traits
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing as a Hybrid Wing, attempting to unlock Quick Recovery, my Shot Off the Dribble is Gold and when equipped and I look at my player card through "The League" profit it has my Shot Off the Dribble as 78 (I have equipped it on both League and Street playstyles).
What happens when the bug occurs? To unlock Quick Recovery the Shot Off the Dribble rating should be 75, however, the game still recognises it as 72
What should be happening instead? Quick Recovery should be awarded
How severe is the bug? B - Major

EA!!!! FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR ONCE!!! THE ONLY POSITIONS THAT CAN UNLOCK QUICK RECOVERY ARE THE PLAYMAKER AND THE WING SHOOTER!!!! NONE OF THE OTHER POSITIONS THAT HAVE IT CAN UNLOCK IT!!!! THAT MAKES NO SENSE... DO SOMETHING TO GIVE THE OTHER ONES THE 75 SHOT OF THE DRIBBLE THEY NEED!

Same problem. I have a wing defensr. I can’t unlock it. It’s say 75. But i have 72 crazy.
