Upgrade 50 Characters Achievement Broke

The other day I had an achievement for upgrading 50 Characters with a really nice pay out. My progress was 49/50. After upgrading my 50th Character I received no Achievement and did not receive any of the Rewards.

I've seen a lot of bugs reported here, but nothing specifically to this.

Please assist
