I get that screen when trying to find gear, and it also wont let me claim completing all dailies reward

Challenges screen is blank, so can't complete challenges. More lost game pieces.

Yep, can we get some comment on how long before a fix lands.

 

Also to those experiencing final unlock not happening... you are out of luck. They dont and wont fix that.

 

Happened to me before and ea refused to compensate

they released a known flawed update , this is their update notes

 

KNOWN ISSUES

  • We are aware of an issue with Prestigious Quest Fulcrum Agent Tier 3 “Infiltrate” not completing. We are working to resolve this quickly and should have it corrected by the next update.
  • The text for Mod Challenge requirements is missing- The requirements section isn't displaying restrictions for entering battle but the Mods Challenges still have faction requirements to enter.
  • Challenges and Events screen Crash - Client crashes or hangs when entering the Challenges or Events Screen
  • Some players can't complete Finish all Daily Activities despite finshing all previous activities

All Android devices impacted, including emulators such as NOX.  Force stop, reboot Clear Cache and even reinstall has no effect. 

 

Just speculating from general work experience : The update that was pushed in production was probably the one designed for DEV QA testing. Connection strings to load server side data is broken (probably can only be accessed internally).  If that is the case, good luck cleaning up
