What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Since the client update, Rex, Shaak Ti, and Daka all lost their Soothe ability in P4 of the Sith Raid.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

@GladOS-013When will this be fixed? it's a major issue to be honest & we've heard nothing from cg at all on this (Also we better get some compensation for it this)

@DeadleyN7 I have no idea. It’s up to the studio to prioritize and fix bugs. It is fairly frustrating, to be sure.

In terms of communication, the studio rarely provides advance timelines. Adding it to the known issues is more communication than we typically get.

Also, compensation packages are determined by the studio. All players are impacted by this, so it’s hard to show some are more impacted than others, especially if the buttons are only in your device and the devs can’t see who lost which buttons. I would like compensation, but doubt we will get any. Only guilds struggling to defeat p4 of the Sith raid can really demonstrate impact.
