Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? run into a sim outside while it is freezing, a sim you know the cold weather outfit of.
What happens when the bug occurs? I ran into multiple of my other sims outside while it was freezing, sims I created and have played (but was currently not playing) so I knew what their cold weather wear looks like and they were wearing the cold weather wear but still performin freezing actions, one was even displaying blue skin like she was freezing to death.
What do you expect to see? for sims not to freeze in cold weather outfits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I noticed this after getting CoL and the newest updates (the one before Col and the hot fix after it).
