How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlock playable sim is black and I cannot click it.
What do you expect to see? To be able to purchase unlock able sim.

Additional feedback I purchased additional cash to unlock the sim. And now the function doesn’t allow me to select it. Please see photo attached.
