Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Applying for a scholarship and opening the letter from the inventory which says it has been awarded.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim receives confident mood boost for winning the scholarship(s) but the monetary amount never arrives.
What do you expect to see? Money

@stephybabes92 for me, the scholarship money is given when enrolling for a term. After choosing your classes, the summary screen will show the costs for the term vs any scholarships you have been awarded.

If the costs are less than the income from scholarships, then the surplus money will appear after you complete enrolling and the enrollment window closes.
