Unintentionally received Heirlooms I did not purchase

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was just landing, then I had the heirloom

What happens when the bug occurs? I load up and my store, crafting materials, and red coins won't load. I accidentally clicked the heirlooms for the legends on their personal customization not thinking I would actually be getting them.
What should be happening instead? You need to take away all my heirlooms and I should only have bloodhounds heirloom that I actually bought
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Uknown, it just happens. I really don't want to be banned and did not mean to do this. Please do not ban me it was a mistake. Thank you.

I do not know how to take photos, The only person I bought my heirloom for with heirloom shards from a pack was bloodhound. All the others should be taken away. I just checked and I have an heirloom for caustic, gibby, revenant, Valkyrie, and rampart. I did not intend to receive any of these, and they should be removed from my account. This was an accident, and it is a bug. Please do not ban or penalize me for something that was not intentional. Thank you.

Hello, while this can still be performed, if you restart the game client it should check again and "remove" the heirloom. 

If you find yourself with an unearned heirloom, please try this restart. 

Edit, this has been largely addressed now. There are some edge cases where it might appear in certain situations, but it shouldn't be usable as it was previously.

Soo I logged onto apex today and hopped in a game and too my surprise for some reason I had wraiths heirloom but when I quit the game it shows I don’t own it  so is my heirloom bugged? I can’t unequip it nothing and do I get to keep the heirloom? But after that I played a few games with the heirloom still nun happens then after a few games I go to legends and see every legend that has an heirloom say equip their heirlooms and I don’t have everyone’s as of now it seems I only have wraiths and revs So I’m kinda nervous am I gonna get banned for a game bug out of my control? It’s rlly been worrying me. (Also these heirlooms don’t come with the pose or voiceline it seems so can someone please help me I don’t wanna get banned.

After a round, I came out to look at the shop and there was a family heirloom. I don't know how to cancel it. I don't want my account number to be blocked

Do you mean the heirlooms? Because this is a problem that's currently being looked into. Hopefully we'll get a fix for it soon.
