I’m attaching what EA customer service sent back to me. They just immediately closed my case so I couldn’t reply back. I went bank into my case log and it says “no fix available” in green. I attached a screen shot of that as well. It sounds like we have to wait until it is fixed in an update. I tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times over with no luck. Was really wanting this weeks Eco items bummer.

Haven't been able to complete eco workshop task since last Saturday. It's already Tuesday now. I missed out last week's project because of this task, and I'm unable to start a new workshop... Please assist...

Updated my game tonight and my Eco Workshop is still stuck on Monday.
