Summarize your bug CANNOT SEE MY RANK ALL I SEE IS MY RANKING POINTS WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OF EA ON HOW TO FIX THIS!!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just load up the game and go to online head to head
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t see my ranking on the side of the rankings part at beginning of game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my ranking

As you can see in the picture I don’t get even a chance of seeing my rank at all!

@Splashton24 We'll soon find out if it works in '21 or not. From EA's non-response, I'm guessing it won't, so I won't be buying it.
