We originally raised this up to the team when the thread first started and should have responded. To answer everyone's question here, the team is actively looking into addressing this.

Most be annoying somehow I completed mine but that was CO-OP before todays patch.

People are still reporting this issue hasn't been solved, so I guess it wasn't. However this isn't a BUG that affects everyone equally, so some people may have been getting their milestone reward even if the BUG still exist to others.

Thanks for hanging in there waiting on us to respond, I know this is one of the hotter topics on these boards. Good news is that they're looking to get this addressed as soon as possible, it just couldn't make it into the latest patch.
