Unable to trigger Ask to Move In prompt

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Magic Realm
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The offer to Ask to Move In for a Sim won't populate. Even though both the relationship and friendship bars are filled.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am attempting to get my Sim husband to move in, but the offer never populates. No matter how much conversation they have.
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the option where I can get the Sim to move in with me into my current home.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hello!

I have been trying to get my husband Sim to move into my current home with me by prompting the 'Ask to Move In' feature. However, the offer never comes up. The relationship and friendship bar are filled to the brim. I have tried everything from asking to stay the night first and then prompting a friendly conversation to ask them questions. I've tried it all Helpppp.

@cherylann29 Who is the husband? The game will not allow certain NPCs to be asked including Grim Reaper and the Magic Sages from the Magic Realm.
