How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug My guild is currently at 36/50 7 star Han Solo (Raid Han). However, in game when we attempt to sim it shows us as 33/50. We have only had one member inactive since the patch went live that was supposed to fix this when members logged in. Even excluding that member, we have 35/50 but the game still shows as 33/50.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

I want to add our guild to this problem: Sternenbataillon 85

We are currently at 17 7* Han Solos.

But the raid sim counter has been stuck at 5 for months now.

We are currently pushing to get to 35 as fast as possible.

I expect us to reach that by the end of October.

It would be great if this issue could be fixed in general, or for us specifically if it requires some admin intervention.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, but I don't think this is a device-specific problem.

It most likely is a server-side problem with not showing the correct count.

There probably is a bug in the update routine.

My guild has had same issue since September 13.  

Im joing every post on this issue until it gets resolved for visibility in responses..

7* Han count: 36 ( 1 player left guild today)

SWGOH server count: 33.

Please advise. 

We would really like to utilize the sim functionality.
