Unable to set fleet defence gac.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Tried restarting phone, app and even uninstalled then reinstalled app nothing worked

I could set a fleet defence this round no matter what I tried. I thought that it might carry my fleets over from the last round but it didn’t. Causing me to have -100 pts starting the match. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem.

Did you try to set a smaller fleet? 
This is the only possible option which I have in mind...

We've checked our logs and it appears your fleet defense was already deployed.

No I didn’t try to set a smaller fleet. I also tried a bunch of different configurations. Different capital ship different support. 
there was no fleet set I only had 540 defence pts instead of the 640 I should have had.

If you zoom in on the screenshot you can see I only have 540 defence pts.
