Unable to receive the career reward of another branch

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions packs, many game packs, some stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Before patch: 1. Finished Culinary career Chef Branch and attained level 10 2. Got all reward from Chef Branch After patch 3. Wait for phone call to start Culinary career at level 4 or 5 4. Continue to work and getting promoted 5. Choose Mixologist Branch at level 6 6. Continue to work until level 8 7. Still no career reward at level 6 and level 8
What happens when the bug occurs? No career reward from another branch
What do you expect to see? Receive career reward from another branch
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

1. Finished Culinary career Chef Branch and attained level 10
2. Got all reward from Chef Branch

After patch
3. Wait for phone call to start Culinary career at level 4 or 5
4. Continue to work and getting promoted
5. Choose Mixologist Branch at level 6
6. Continue to work until level 9
7. Still no career reward at level 6, level 8, level 9

I will try to test a new character to see if it work.

As I don't use any mod or cheat, waiting career phone call with the right job takes a long period of time...

Seems fixed in a new save.

But I no longer receive any phone call related to switch job invitation. Not sure if it is removed by design.
