Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start a new story with other player's Sim. 2. Upon reaching level 8 in relationship, send move-in request for that other player's Sim.
What do you expect to see? I expect my fellow simmer to receive my move-in request.

I have already sent move-in requests to the same player for the same Sim twice but she still claims to haven't received any notification. I have made move-in requests with other players before and was able to adopt their Sims. Everything was ok except for this fellow simmer. Her Sim is always in active mode so we were wondering if it has something to do with previous or recent game updates.
