Summarize your bug Every time I try to purchase something from the store I get the error that transaction is pending and it will have the pop up for restart.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to purchase something on the store and it will immediately give you the transaction pending error and then restart.

You are missing the date of birth on your account. Due to it your account is considered underage, please log in into the game and add a DOB to be able to the store without restrictions.
