What happens when the bug occurs? I tried opening up an apex box after purchasing and it is getting stuck before opening the box and I have to force close the game. When I get back in it shows that I have opened the box but I dont get any of the loot that was in the box. I tried twice to make sure it wasnt my connection but I reset all my networking stuff and it still happened so I am owed 2 apex boxes now
