Sorry to tell you this, but you have probably been shadow banned. The same thing happened to me a couple of months back, and I had no luck resolving the issue. Contacting EA to appeal a ban does nothing, as there isn't any ban on your account.

I do not know how to tell you this, there was a thread with 16 pages but they closed it for no reason and abandoned us to all who had that problem

@SimplicityKevin Here they will only tell you that if you think you are banned, you will then be told that there is no ban in your account, you will go to the forum and they will tell you again that you resort to the ban, you will go back to support and they will tell you that you do not have a ban and so on forever
