What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug My app does not proceed past the main loading screen (the screen with all the character drawings). It just sits there and then gives me a connection issue error message.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open app and wait

Could you try a few steps in the Basic Troubleshooting Guide and check if this helps?
I would recommend swapping your connection from wi-fi to mobile, or changing your wi-fi connection if possible. 
Have you also tried to re-install the application?

"Connection Lost: Your session has expired. Either another device has logged onto this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in." ?

I have tried reinstalling and using mobile. But it still says connection error. Try again. I have also tried the troubleshooting tips. 

I was able to get in but then it would give me the spinning wheel and then connection error message whenever I navigated around the app.
