Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. i died then returned to lobby

What happens when the bug occurs? i cant join a game. im stuck in queue and cant do anything about it. if someone is in my lobby they cant connect into a game either. when i click ready, it keeps saying 'X players in queue'. the number decreases and increases as if im not there.
What should be happening instead? i should be connecting to a game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? literally just queue.
In the image i attatched, it shows me that im in queue, with 4 players also in queue. But, i cant join. this keeps happeneing. the number decreases and increases as if im not there. i tried multiple solutions: uninstalling and reinstalling Origin and Apex legends. i tried forwarding ports, but none of them worked
the DxDiag.txt is also attatched..
