Unable to get the Prize Map Grand Prize: Rose’s Astral Perfection costume [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug I can´t get Rose’s Legendary Astral Perfection costume because the Prize Map is completed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Last year, I don´t complete the Prize Map. I miss the Legendary Celestial Beauty costume and Thorn Apart upgrade for Rose. Later,I bought them with Rainbow Stars in Rux’s Emporium. Now I can´t get Rose’s Legendary Astral Perfection costume because the Prize Map is completed (42/42 rewards unlocked).

What upgrades had you equipped with this character? I don´t know.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

I tried reinstall and different characters but i can´t unlock the Grand Prize.

I got the same problem with the Wizards Wishbreaker costume.  Using Switch, completed prize map, but no legendary costume.  The last prize just shows wizard, not the costume, and that was already unlocked for some reason to begin with.
